Stand Space Costs

Stand space includes cleaning, security, catalogue entry, admission to show party, visa invitations and a supply of visitor invitations.

Payment
A payment of 25 per cent of the total cost is due immediately upon confirmation of space allocation by the organisers. The remaining 75 per cent is due in two following payments, detailed in the contract.

Exhibitors Manual
Four months before inter airport India 2007, exhibitors will receive a detailed manual with relevant technical data for stand building, together with other forms for a range of services.

Visas
All business visa applications for exhibition personnel must be approved by the Indian co-organisers. A visa application form is contained in the official Exhibitors Manual, which will be despatched from the organisers to exhibitors four months before the show.
