Visa Enquiries
In recent years, visa application procedures for European countries have been tightened. This may cause delays in processing visa applications from Non-EU visitors. We would therefore advise you to initiate your visa arrangements well in advance.
inter airport Europe will support trade visitors with their visa application by issuing an official invitation letter. Please note that due to legal reasons, we are not allowed to carry out any visa applications on behalf of others, nor do we accept any financial or organisational responsibility for travel arrangements. Letters of invitation can be requested by filling out the information form below.
The letter of invitation will be issued via email at no charge. Please enquire at the German Embassy in your home country about the documents required and the processing time for your visa application.
