How to Reach Us
inter airport Europe 2009 is held at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre. International flight connections as well as the excellent local infrastructure make the venue easily accessible by air, road and public transport.
By Air
The venue is well connected to Munich International Airport, with shuttle buses operating in short intervals throughout the day. Upon arrival at the airport, simply follow the inter airport signs to the shuttle bus stop.

By Car
The New Munich Trade Fair Centre is located close to the A94 motorway and can be reached by using exit number 5 “München-Riem” or exit number 6 “Feldkirchen-West”.
Please follow the inter airport signs to the parking areas near the East (Ost) entrance of Munich Trade Fair Centre.

Driving to the New Munich Trade Fair Centre with a navigation system
The destination address to enter into your navigation system is “An der Point”. Depending on which navigation system you use, the New Munich Trade Fair Centre is listed under the categories “Exhibition Centre”, “Trade Fair Centre” and under the German keyword “Messe”.
Some navigation systems allow you to select the East, West or North Entrance to the trade fair centre. In this case, please make sure to select the East (Ost) entrance:

Low Emission Zone
Please note that Munich has introduced a low emission zone: High-emission vehicles are no longer allowed to drive in the city centre. A sticker will be required to prove that your vehicle fulfills the EU exhaust standards. You can view further information and order your sticker online at TÜV Süd.
By Train and Public Transport
From Munich’s main train station (Hauptbahnhof), please take the U2 subway. It goes straight to the New Munich Trade Fair Centre “Messestadt Ost” station.
Please note: The train will stop at “Messestadt West” first. Please remain in the train for one further stop until you arrive at “Messestadt Ost” station.
