Review 2011
inter airport Europe 2011 sends positive signals for the future
The 18th International Exhibition for Airport Equipment, Technology, Design & Services ended with excellent results. A total of 607 exhibitors from 34 countries and more than 12,600 visitors from all over the world attended the leading international exhibition for the airport industry.
Renowned as the leading international exhibition and trend barometer for the entire airport industry, last year’s inter airport Europe was regarded as particularly important by the airport community. Following a difficult time, the business climate for airport operators and manufacturers of airport equipment is now seen more positive again. Airport experts are confident that the good mood at last year’s inter airport Europe sent positive signals for the future of the airport sector.
The analysis of the exhibition survey shows that an absolute majority of exhibitors were highly satisfied with the results of inter airport Europe 2011 and most of the exhibitors are already planning their participation at inter airport Europe 2013, which is set to take place from 8 – 11 October 2013 at the Munich Trade Fair Centre.
