From 11 – 14 October 2011, inter airport Europe, 18th International Exhibition for Airport Equipment, Technology, Design & Services, will open its doors at the Munich Trade Fair Centre. Some 550 exhibitors from 32 countries will display a comprehensive range of new products and services for the airport industry. The show organisers are currently producing the official Show Preview. Hundreds of exhibitors have provided detailed descriptions and insightful information on what they will present at the show.
Visitors to the exhibition will find a comprehensive range of new and upgraded products and services on display: Solutions for the use of passengers’ mobile devices for a wide range of services, from car parking to guidance through the airport; high-tech equipment for liquid and explosives detection in hand baggage; enhanced baggage-conveyor belts; ergonomically designed seating solutions and specialised furniture as well as newly developed electronic vehicles, the latest snow-sweepers and environmentally friendly de-icing systems.
With its impressive exhibition range, this year’s inter airport Europe is once again set to attract airport professionals from all over the world. Airport operators, airlines, cargo carriers, ground handlers, service providers, architects, consultants and the military value the show as the one-stop-shop for the airport industry. More than 12,000 trade visitors from 120 countries attended the previous event.

Visa service for exhibitors and visitors
In recent years, visa application procedures for European countries have been tightened. As this may cause delays in processing visa applications from non-EU visitors or exhibitors, the organisers recommend that participants initiate their visa arrangements well in advance.
Service provider INTERCULTURAL CONSULTING will support trade visitors and exhibitors with their visa application by issuing an official invitation letter to the show. Letters of invitation can be requested by filling out the visa enquiry form on the show website where further information on visa services and prices is available.
